Welcome to Wiggle and Wag ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how we provide products through https://wiggleandwag.co.uk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Contract with You

When you place an order, we’ll send an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to cancel before dispatch if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or there is a payment issue. If we cancel, we will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is taken securely at checkout. Prices and availability may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent service. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes once payment is received in full.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return through our self-service returns system. Log into your account and follow the prompts to register your return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags attached.

6. Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wiggleandwag.co.uk. We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement where appropriate.

8. Product Descriptions

We aim for accuracy in all descriptions and images. Minor variations in colour, fit, or design can occur due to manufacturing or screen differences. If an item is significantly misdescribed, you are entitled to a return and refund.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
