At Wiggle & Wag we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with care. Most UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service.
1. Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 (excluding large or bulky items). Orders under £50 are charged at our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 rate.
2. Order processing & dispatch
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- During busy periods, stock checks, or order surges, dispatch may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order leaves us.
3. Delivery times
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within 2–3 working days from dispatch. This is a service target and not a guaranteed delivery time.
Delivery to outlying postcodes (including the Scottish Highlands, islands, and BFPO addresses) may take longer. External factors such as severe weather or postal disruptions can also delay delivery.
4. Tracking & delivery
- All orders include a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to your local Delivery Office for collection.
- Once a parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.
5. Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at the time of order.
6. Partial shipments & backorders
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we may either:
- Dispatch available items immediately and send the remaining items separately, or
- Hold the order until all items are ready for dispatch.
We will contact you if there is any significant delay or choice to be made.
7. Lost, damaged or delayed parcels & claims
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 is an aimed 2–3 day service; a late delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch so we can assist with a claim to Royal Mail.
- Compensation for lost or damaged items is limited to Royal Mail’s standard liability for the service used (for non-account tracked items this is capped unless alternative cover was arranged).
8. Restricted or prohibited items
We comply with Royal Mail's terms on prohibited and restricted items. If an item cannot legally or safely be shipped, we will contact you before dispatch with options.
9. Exceptional circumstances
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (postal strikes, severe weather, pandemic restrictions, etc.). Where possible we will keep you informed about significant delays.
10. International shipping
At present, Wiggle & Wag ships within the United Kingdom only. International orders are not available at this time.
