Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. How to Cancel

To cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately at hello@wiggleandwag.co.uk.

If your order has already shipped, you can still cancel by notifying us within 14 days of receipt.

After notifying us, please return the items within 14 days of your cancellation confirmation.

To arrange a return, email hello@wiggleandwag.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for cancellation

Our team will provide instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Please note: returns are no longer processed via a self-service system.

2. Refunds

We will refund the cost of your order, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage — whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping on orders over £50, but your cancellation reduces the total order value below £50, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exclusions

Your right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in resalable condition
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (such as food, treats, or grooming items) once unsealed

4. Return Postage

If you cancel your order for reasons other than a fault or error on our part, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We will provide a prepaid label only where the item is faulty or incorrect.
